Tangle Dark Chocolate

We are pleased to announce a much anticipated collaboration! Tangle Chocolate is a woman owned, local bean to bar chocolatier. Coming from the Cahabón region of Guatemala, this single origin, fair trade cocoa is intercropped with timber, madrecacao, and fruit trees. This makes for a flavor profile of creamy chocolate mousse, rich cashew butter, orange peel and tart cherries.
